"Hayden?"
"Yeah?"
"Did you just go to the bathroom?"
(Real quiet) "Yeah."
"What do you think I just sat in?"
(Real quiet) "Yeah, yeah."
(Not so quiet) "What. Did. I. Just. Sit. In?"
"Pee."
"Lift up the damn seat!!!!!"

Someone needs a Shamwow!
Yes. Yes I have. That's when you hand the pee-petrator a bottle of bleach spray and a towel and set him to scrubbing all the toilets in the house...
...what, did you think I was going to advise that he clean up the victim? Ewww...
Yeah. What DeNae said.
And I make 'em do the floor and cupboard, too, since it most likely splashed.
And another reason to be grateful I have a girl! Who isn't potty trained yet..
See the (not) funny thing is that I had made him clean the toilet upstairs just hours before for the same exact reason. So I'm thinking that having him bleach/Clorox/boil my butt might just get the point accross. Maybe.
Time the H _ _ _ Out! Who do you think taught him to Pee Standing Up? Someone allowed him to first use his diaper, then suggested that he, "see how daddy does it." Do you not realize that when the head and eyes turn to watch, THE REST OF THE BODY FOLLOWS!! poor little guy, at that age its difficult to get a hold of let alone aim!
Grandpa loves you - pee where you want (just not here).
And one other thing. Have you never heard 'look before you lea - er a sit?'
Hahahah. Sorry, we're not there yet so I can laugh. Other people's pee is GROSS, even if it is your own kid's pee.
Did you ever have to go so bad that you started to pee the instant you sat down, and quickly realized that the lid was down?
Umm...yeah. Me neither.
you forgot the final scream:
AND WHEN YOU ARE DONE, PUT THE SEAT DOWN!!!
A ha ha ha ha ha!!! Melissa, no. I've never done that a week ago either...I mean ever.
And ya...I've come sooooo close to falling in the toilet too many times. Why don't men complain when we leave the toilet seat down?
Hubby has good aim. Hopefully the boy follows suit...
I wanted to say something witty but I am laughing my ass off.
xoxoxoxox
AND, they NEVER lift the seat. p.s.
Okay - I had to laught at this one - I know you don't know me - I ran into your blog when I was googling for an image of laundry. I found your laundry post - I loved it! I have an organizing blog and would love to use it as a guest post. Can I? Will you leave me a comment on my blog and let me know! Thanks!
Oh no, my son's pretty good at aiming and getting the seat up, although if he's sleepy all bets are off. We'll see how my next son does after we potty train, although if any of my kids enjoy making messes, it will be him.
